This face says it all!

I'm not even going to talk about the "game." Not going to mention how I think Derek Roy spent more ice time on his ass then on his skates or how Vanek is still invisible. Nope. Not going to mention it.

Lets talk post game. First of all, I hated to see Goose on tv his first game back saying he was embarrassed. He was one of the only guys tonight that put forth any effort! I pretty much ignored anything Vanek had to say. (Was he crying?) I LOVED everything Miller had to say tonight. Best quote of the night definitely goes to him! I can't remember the exact quote and the video isn't up yet, but he basically said that guys need to learn to take criticism and not ignore it. He then went on to say how he wasn't calling out certain people and said something along the lines of "THAT was a media event." hahahah fantastic. "They don't show up to get their quotes and get their facts from other people......I'm not going to name names." I think ya already did buddy. Lesson? Don't piss off the goalie! (And from the girly side of me.....how adorable did he look in his toque and hoodie? He looked so cuddly! Clearly I wanted to hug him. Twice.)

There was one ray of sunshine that shown down on this dark display of dismal hockey for me.....

Adam Mair you made everything seem ok. You gave me a small smidgen of hope. Thank you for scoring tonight and letting Goose assist you with that matter. You are climbing higher and higher on my list of Sabre love. Do you have any plans for New Years Eve?

I'm never where I want to be

Tonight I came up from our last Christmas get-together to find this in my in-box....

Way to rub it in that I'm not there Sabres.com! THANKS! I don't know if any of you went tonight, but I'm going to need to know every single detail you can give me about Drew's performance. What songs did they sing? What did he wear? Was he chewing gum like it was his job like he usually does?

I'm sorry I let you down Drew. How could the president of the "Invisible Children" fan club not be present on your big night?! I'm hanging my head in shame. Please still love me tomorrow.

Are you there God?

It's been a pretty long day today and I'm not exactly in the best of moods so I'm going to keep this short tonight.

What was the best part about Friday night for me?

I love those Millers. I'm pretty sure that I couldn't even afford a t-shirt @ The Refinery but I sure did enjoy seeing it. Dean Miller seems like such a cool dad! LoL Other than the sweet Christmas tunes leading into the commercial breaks that's about all I took away from Friday night.

Tonight's game was a little better. I was excited to see YoYo net a goal. It's been awhile. What was even better you ask? Why this very moment right here made the entire game worth watching.....

Are you there God? It's me Jason. This was a great moment in television history people.

Other things that made me happy you ask? Watching Drew Stafford net the game winning goal in the shootout! Do I wish there was never a shootout to begin with? YEP! There shouldn't have even been an OT! I'm talking to you Mr. Roy! But hey....Hooray for Drew! (I still wish I got to see him play with BPO. Anyone going tomorrow night?)

Lastly.....speaking of my love for the Millers, did anyone catch them on the postgame show?! Mrs. Miller was clearly pumped to be on t.v while Mr. Miller stood in the back and tried to blend in. Again, great moments in television.

Merry Christmas to all!

Merry Christmas to one and all! I hope Santa was good to you and you all got to spend the day with the people you love the most!

Yesterday morning we wrapped gifts at the mall to raise money for the American Cancer Society and raised $321 in the 3 hours we were there! Woohoo! Mostly husbands that didn't start shopping til that morning and had to get everything done a.s.a.p. After making a quick stop to AutoZone to replace my windshield wiper that flew off that morning, I headed to church with my family. I always find Christmas Eve service so beautiful. At the end of church every year everyone lights a candle and we sing "Silent Night." I cried....I cry every single year. When I came home I took some quick pictures of our Christmas trees before I went to bed. Kind of blurry but you get the idea.

Here's my Sabres tree. All blue and gold ornaments and the few Sabres ones I have. Blue and gold lights complete with Sabretooth as the topper!

This is the skinny tree as I like to call it. Red glass ornaments and silver beaded garland with sleigh bells and some snowflakes mixed in.

This is the big tree. This Christmas tree has all of the family ornaments. My Grammie used to by my sister and I an ornament every year. It's also topped with the sweet angel I made in Preschool. LoL Can you tell we like Christmas yet?

Here's my room with my tiny little tree and some lights in the window.

Speaking of Santa being good to everyone, he sure was good to me!

I tried to group everything close together so I could get a picture. I think my favorite gift this year was XM radio for my car. Hooray! I also really like my new pink purse. It's handmade and has a matching wallet. And check out those yellow boots! LOVE them!

I also feel I must explain the following gift from my sister.....

Yeah that's a picture of me and Ryan Miller in a manger. LoL My family has really stupid humor. There's this movie called "Welcome to the Dollhouse" and it's pretty much one of the dumbest movies I've ever watched. But do we have it on dvd? Sure do! It's just a "stupid funny" kind of movie about this girl in jr. high that's a total geek. Kind of like "Napoleon Dynamite." Anyway....check out the trailer at about 40 seconds in and then you can understand that my sister is nuts....and I love her.

Now that you think me and my family are all certifiably insane, I'd like to wish you all a Merry Christmas again!

Boxes wrapped with String

So I spent the better part of my day wrapping the rest of my mom's Christmas presents. I love wrapping. Every gift I wrap gets matching ribbon and a bow. I was pretty pumped she decided I could finish hers of for her.

Nothing much to say about last night's game. It's safe to say I still hate the crown jewel with all of my might. And wouldn't you just figure that it HAD to be him to score in OT? I don't know about you guys but I hate OT losses more than anything.Plus the game was on vs. just to top off the awesomeness. For some reason the announcers found it necessary to mention ethnicity last night? "German born Hecht has the puck in the corner. Lydman the fin passes the puck." WTF was that about? Lame. Hockey Central my boo-tay!

Thomas Vanek you didn't listen to me. Where are you?

On a happy note......

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AL!!!!!! The big 30! That's quite a few candles my friend. No worries buddy. You don't look a day over 25! Hugs!

I'm off to bed early tonight. Tomorrow morning I'm gift wrapping to raise money for Relay for Life......at 8am. I'll be wearing pajamas to do so.

Christmas Vacation Day 1

This is officially my first day of Christmas vacation!!! No dance classes for 2 weeks! WOOOHOOOO!!!! Not that I don't love my job but I'm TOTALLY pumped to veg out for awhile.
So I've decided that I'm going to blog everyday of my vacation. I've been pretty lazy lately so I'm really going to catch up with you guys! Plus there's so much snow here that you can't get out to do much else!

In Catwalk for Charity news.....I got an email yesterday reinforcing that the event was 21 and over only and that they will be checking your photo i.d at the door. So everyone that I said "maybe you could sneak in" to I'm taking that back. Annnnnnd I got so excited that I already bought my dress. I'm trying to decide if I want to post a picture of it or not? However, it's chocolate brown and totally perfect! Now I must start accessorizing it!

Sabres-wise.....how pumped was I about the 5-0 win and another shoot-out for Ryan this year?! It's games like that where I'm always sitting at home thinking, "wow....why didn't I buy tickets for this game?" Another thing I'm excited about? Lil' Roy! Clearly someone has defiantly got behind #9 because he is on fire! More power to ya Derek! Keep it up!
Can someone please tell me though.....has Thomas Vanek become invisible? I'm counting on you TV to pull off something big against the crown jewel and happy feets tonight!

Lastly.....

Why is it that every time Ronan comes to sing with the BPO they announce that my favorite Sabres will be playing with him 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE SHOW?!?! WHY?!?!?! Maybe Santa will bring me tickets to go see Drew Stafford rock out with the orchestra? Secretly I want him to walk out on that stage with the wig and the mustache. I wonder why Ryan ins't playing this year too? Probably staying home to watch "Christmas Vacation" again?

All the Holiday hits....

So, Christmas is just about here! I decided that our organ player at HSBC arena should make a cd of Holiday Hits.....

I mean....I listened in wonder as he banged out "Let it snow, let it snow, let's go Buffalo," "Deck the Halls," and more.

Heck, maybe Drew Stafford and Ronan could get on there. And maybe Ryan Miller could do a track too. But something tells me nothing would be more funny than Max or Andrej singing a Christmas song on it....

Just a thought....

WOAH WOAH! HOLD THE PHONES!

There's a costume contest @ Catwalk?!?!?! I'm already so prepared! Thanks Halloween!!!

Hahahahahaha! Ok I probably won't go this far....BUT STILL I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!

R

I'm so behind!

So I must apologize to my readers for being m.i.a for so long. (Do I have readers?) Oh hey there Christmas! I have nothing done for you! Seriously I'm freaking out! At least all the decorating is done. All 3 of my Christmas trees are decorated....yes 3! I need to post some pictures like Caroline over @ Hockey Night in Buffalo did. I even have a Sabres tree this year! Pics coming soon! Promise!

Speaking of Sabres.......

Oh. My God! When I saw this @ Sabretooth's House tonight I almost fell off my bed. Do I already have tickets? SURE DO! I can't wait for this event! The fact that there's a theme this year makes it even more awesome!!! There are no words to describe how much fun this night is. If you're thinking $175 is too much, IT'S NOT! Totally worth it. GO! Like Caroline....Lucinda and I also caught ourselves in some photos from last year. Heck....I'm even in some of Caroline's photos!

Also speaking of Ryan Miller and his amazing event.....my favorite goalie updated his blog today. And did it make me love him more? Yes. Yes it did. According to the blog, Ryan's favorite Christmas tradition is watching the movie "Christmas Vacation!" Clearly Mr. Miller we should be the best of friends because I can recite that movie in my sleep. My family watches it every Thanksgiving after dinner. We even pause the masterpiece of a film to go outside and do this....

True Story!!! Oh Ryan....If only we could stand in my front lawn together and stare up at the beauty that is the Christmas star. Then you could look in my eyes and say "That's not the friggin Christmas star! It's the light on the sewage treatment plant!"

Attention Adam Burish...

Ok, Ok....I know we're Sabres fans here...and of course...the Sabres will always be number one in my heart....but I gotta say that it would be absolutely ok with me if Adam Burish, who currently plays for the Blackhawks, ever got sent to Buffalo!

Now, you're probably wondering why the Blackhawks...well...Soupy does play for them now...so of course, I gotta check in and see what he's up to from time to time.....(I still bet that deep down he misses all the attention he got in Buffalo because in Chicago its all Kane/Toews all the time.)

At any rate, if you have time go check out the Prankster videos on Blackhawks TV....go!

Or better yet, here's a recent video with him and his roomie Patrick Sharp:

What a Rockstar!

Usually I wait to the end of the game to blog but clearly this simply could not wait! The producers of the Sabres show gave me the best birthday present ever!

Thought #1....Drew has tattoos....and that makes him even more attractive!

Thought #2....You're a musical genius and I love you!

Thought #3....You're still hot in that ridiculous wig and fake mustache.

That's all for now. Hope you all are enjoying the leaf blowing. I'll blog more after the game. For now I'll sit here and wait for Invisible Children's cd to drop and work on starting their fan club in which I'll be president.

They Say It's My Birthday

Happy Birthday to me! Today I turned 24. Wow....I'm getting old. I had a pretty good day aside from being at work all day. It really wasn't that bad. My sister bought me a Sabres Santa hat! Not to be outdone, Lucinda bought me a Jonas Brothers book. Yeah yeah I like them! I'm not ashamed! I also got new tap shoes, a glass pendent and some new pjs!

Clearly the officials last night didn't get the memo that it was time to celebrate because they SUCKED! I was so pumped for the win but OMG how terrible were some of those calls. Hey Ryan! Next time you think about grabbing that puck in your glove I hope you think twice! And Al! What were you thinking trying to stop yourself from running into the glass?! For the safety of everyone I'm glad you were escorted off the ice. Adam you made me feel much better...you scrappy little devil. I love watching you beat the living daylights out of people. Sorry I blew you off to talk to Ryan that one time. I'll never do it again. Pinkie swear!

In closing and totally off topic when I look @ this picture.....

all I can think of is this......

Derek. Your future's made of virtual insanity. Aww the 90's. I miss you. LoL

Holy Hell!

Nice win Sabres! Very nice!

But, to speak of the officiating, I think my elementary school principal, who is an elderly man now, could have been better than this crew tonight....

I think it's safe to say that tonight's refs some how look like this in my mind:

That is all! LOL

L

Just when I thought things couldn't get any better....

Sabres 4 Pens 3. WOOHOO!!!!!!!! Ryan Miller had some amazing saves! So amazing that they pretty much made up for the horrible fact that the game was on Versus tonight. I always have to laugh at some of the things they say during the game. My favorite saying of the night was "MILLER SAYS NO!" I was also pretty happy that it wasn't "the sid show" tonight. I know I've said it before but I really really can't stand him. Punching YoYo in the face was totally uncalled for......and I hate you. Watching Goose get all fired up was also a highlight. I'm pretty sure I saw a pretty enthusiastic "F*#k you!" from him. LoL

If a win didn't already make the day worth living.....I come upstairs to blog about the awesomeness and this is brought to my attention.....

My ticket order is being faxed in first thing tomorrow morning. I am SO excited for Catwalk! Last year was so much fun. I must admit I was a little confused/pissy that it was on a Sunday night this year considering it's a 3 hour drive. It's also at a much smaller venue. You know what makes up for it? A THEME!!!!! A roaring 20's party with the Sabres? Count me in! Derek Roy get out your fishnets! This is going to be a party!

R

Sabres for Sale?

According to Jim Kelley and WGR the Sabres are for sale. There doesn't seem to be many details about this so far, but what a crappy thing to wake up to on a Monday morning. WBEN News Radio in Buffalo reports that Tommy G has approached Canadian billionaire Jim Balsillie about a possible sale. It was also reported that there was concern that Balsillie would move the team to Hamilton, ON. Would that be a stupid move or what?! Ugh....we'll see where this goes. It's like the plot of Slapshot 2 happening before my eyes!

R

The Crown Jewel......

So, after playing a pretty good game on Saturday night...the Sabres will play tonight in Pittsburgh...And of course because the game is on Versus and Versus believes the Sun shines out of Sidney Crosby's Ass...I thought you all would appreciate this little jem...LOL

I give you the Crown Jewel of the NHL according to Versus....

The Sabres should feel so honored to be in the presence Sidney Crosby....Hell, I'm honored to have this fine photographic masterpiece grace Meet Me At Chefs....I'm just aww-stricken right now...

On a more serious note, let's go Buffalo...

Ger-bee? Ger-bay?

The Sabres won a game! I repeat. The Sabres won a game! It's amazing. I must admit that I wasn't too sure if they were going to pull it off. Every damn time the Sabres would net a goal the BOLTS would fire one in too! I'm assuming Ryan Miller and I had the same reaction every time...........DOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Oh.....LOL @ BOLTS! What a horrible jersey!) Anyway.....highlights of the game, for me anyway. DREW STAFFORD STRIKES AGAIN! YES! After reading about his "rockstar, I don't care about anything" attitude in the Buffalo News I was so excited to see him produce another goal. Adam Mair beating the holy hell out of Downie was also pretty fantastic. Andrew Peters were you watching that? I hope you were taking notes.

Oh hey Nathan Gerbe! Ger-bee? Ger-bay? Whatever.....What a great game by the little guy! Can we keep him instead of Mr. Injury making a return? Did anyone catch Derek Roy's post-game interview last night? He was excited that there was finally someone smaller than him on the team. Kevin Sylvester suggested Nathan buy him dinner in Pittsburgh. DON'T FALL FOR DEREK'S TRICKS NATHAN!!!!! First you're grabbing a bite to eat. Next thing you know you're flat on your back on the sidewalk and you've lost your shoes.

So I've been pondering what if finally took for Buffalo to pull off the win and I think I have it. For the past week I must admit I have focused much of my time on a non-sabre. I'm sorry Ryan! I'm sorry Drew! It was for your own good! Clearly this is how it has to be for awhile.

Pigeon for Best Player of the game.....

So, With the loud sucking sound coming from the Buffalo Sabres right now, I decided they need to give out a prize for the suckiest player of the night too...

I nominate that the prize to be Pigeon SHIT!

Yes, you read that correctly - Pigeon SHIT!

And tonight's winner? Toni Lydman! That's right Tone - I'M TALKIN' TO YOU! Even though the team let go in the 2nd, they could've had a chance to tie it up if he wouldn't have got his ass back in the penalty box.

Another pisser for the evening....I saw the commercial for this year's Winter Classic

WHERE THE HELL IS MY FAVORITE RED HEAD IN THIS VIDEO? Yeah, he's not allowed in it. That sucks! Soupy I still love you! If you ever wanna come home from Chicago, that'd be ok with me. :)

Breaking News....Avery Still a Tool!

Ok so it's not really breaking news. We all already knew that Sean Avery is a pretty big tool right? Well it's safe to say that he's moved up another notch on the scale of douchebaggery. The NHL has suspended Avery indefinitely for doing something "detrimental to the League or game of hockey." I don't have the exact quote but I guess the idiot told TSN that it's a pretty common thing in the NHL for guys to fall in love with his sloppy seconds. Really Sean Avery? How any woman lowered themselves for you is beyond me in the first place.

In other news....

Andrew Peters is injured. According to wgr, Peters came away from last night's game with an abdominal strain. Great. Now we are minus Kaleta AND Peters. It was also reported that Derek Roy is having back spasms. Poor Derek. I can't imagine why he would be having back problems.......

Somebody should have asked Cari over @ Sabre Chaser. Clearly he needs to stick to the posturepedic and not the sidewalk. May I also suggest Dr. Scholl's to slip into your easy spirt slide? You could use the extra support.

Better Late than Never...

So, As Rachy mentioned, we met Ryan Miller last Sunday at his Holiday Meet N Greet for Saves for Cancer for Carly's Club. It was a great time. Seriously, I'll say it again, Ryan Miller's charitable heart has got to make him a Ten - or pretty damn close to it.Prior to his M&G, we went to the Buffalo Tree Lighting Ceremony at Rotary Rink. It was magical and everything I hoped it would be. Here is my video from it. Bare with me as it was pretty freaking cold out there.

Tonight Against the Preds....

So, the Sabres take on the guys from Music City tonight.

We'll show them Music...

And now onto a more serious note,

Let's hope the Turkey coma from Saturday's Thanksgiving Leftovers are all gone and we're ready to start fresh with another week.

Then after tonight's performance, its off to Florida for the Sabres...

Sadly, I can't comment about how I would hope that Brian Campbell would pack the SPF 45 sunscreen because he's no longer a Sabre....but seriously, he's so pale - yet I love him so...
(Thank you to Buffalonews and other sources via the internet for the fine photos posted above.)

Take THAT Mouse Potatoes!

DREW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You guys have NO idea how pumped I was to see Stafford score not once but TWICE tonight! Hallelujah it's a black friday miracle! I simply can't stand all the hate on Drew right now. All the trade talk. I read a thread on a Sabres message board all about how Drew needs to drop the rock and roll star attitude and play hockey. Ugh it makes me so mad. Everyone goes through slumps. I hope he can keep on playing the way he did tonight because he was clearly amazing. I didn't see the 3 stars of the game but clearly Drew should be 1st.

And let us all GIVE A HONK FOR THE GOOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Mr. Game Winner! Where are you going to spend your 20 cents Paul? In case you missed it, Goose said in his post game interview that his grandfather has given him a dime for every goal he has scored since he was little. How cute is that?!

I was so happy to see the Sabres get 2 pts. tonight. I really really can not stand Sidney Crosby, or the "crown jewel of the nhl" as I like to call him. I'd really like to see Kaleta or Mair punch him square in the jaw. Oh well....doesn't matter. He's a big ol' loser tonight. Huzzah!

I leave you tonight with this picture....I'm hanging my head in shame with embarrassment for this silly woman. I feel bad that she's displaying such ridiculous behavior in public.

Give Thanks

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope you all had a wonderful day with your family or friends. I myself spent the day with my family. My sister and I have a yearly tradition of going out and buying a new Christmas decoration every Turkey day. After that my mom and I put the lights on the house. I'm still pretty full from the huge dinner we ate. Stuffing is always my favorite...and boy am I stuffed! AND I baked my own dutch apple pie!!! I'm lucky I can cook kraft mac and cheese and I baked a pie! WOO!

I hope you all have thought about what to be thankful for today. I am thankful to be surrounded by such an amazing family and friends. I'm thankful to be healthy and I'm so happy that I'm learning more and more about wise choices every day. I'm thankful that God has given me so many amazing gifts and opportunities in my life. AND I'm thankful that the Sabres have broken their losing streak! Lets beat those Pens tomorrow!!!

Now pick that pumpkin pie out of your teeth and get to bed! All the good deals will be gone by 4am! hahaha I myself will be sleeping as long as I possibly can and going out shopping when I feel like it.

NOT a happy Thanksgiving Eve!

The game is blacked out here. WTF Time Warner?! You clearly suck. It's ok though...because I really wanted to sit down tonight and watch sports bloopers and professional poker.

akdjfhlakdjfhalksdjfhalskdfjhsaldkjfhlaskdjfhlasdkjfhlsadkjfhlkadsjfhldskjfah!!!!!!

Those new jerseys SOUND really great on the radio! :O(

***POST GAME EDIT***

SABRES WIN!!!! The streak is broken! It's a Thanksgiving miracle! Seems Roy had an awesome game and Kaleta had some monster hits! I'm headed over to gettyimages to make sure I can see at least some of tonight's action. God Bless Bill Wippert!

Ryan Miller Meet and Greet and #9's Behind

I got home from Buffalo last night around 2am. What a great weekend!!!

Ok so the game....not so great. I had pretty high hopes that we were going to beat the Islanders. 7-1 last time! 7 to 1! I was pretty psyched to see Mancari score though! Holler! What was I not psyched about? I was not a happy camper to see Ryan on the bench. I don't mind Lalime at all. I think he's great. But when I drive 3 hours to see a game, I want to watch Ryan. Also, I pretty much want to sit in the top row of the arena all the time! Top row's the way to go! We made some pretty dandy signs to put up on the wall too. hahahaha

After the game we discovered possibly the best thing to ever happen to downtown Buffalo. "Level" nightclub and Vitamin Water were throwing a bash for Derek Roy to support him and all-star voting. If that isn't great enough guess what this shin-dig was called! Wait for it...."GET BEHIND #9!" Is that not the funniest thing you ever heard?! I bet his "P.A" was first in line to "get behind."

The tree lighting was pretty cool. It was so cute to see everyone so "christmasy." Ryan Miller was so great with all the kids. He came out early and signed everything from jerseys to reindeer antlers. As much as I love him, and that's really a lot, he's quite awkward. His speech was so great and odd at the same time. Here's the cliffs notes version.....Ryan wants the ugliest holiday sweater he can find to make all the hockey wives cringe at the Christmas party. When Miller and "Big Goose Tall Goose" lived together they left their tree up until March. It was for the "ambiance." I also loved when Ryan thanked the mayor and nobody really clapped until he said "yay? everybody clap?" hahaha good times! Lucinda took a video of his speech but I'll let her post that.

The Meet and Greet was really nice! It was in a small room at the Smith Theatre next to Shea's. Tables were set with peppermint filled bowls and poinsettias and Christmas music was playing. There was a large table set up with dunkin donuts, coffee and hot chocolate. So cute! I was with my sister getting some coffee when Ryan came in. He grabbed a doughnut (omg he's so skinny! eat more doughnuts ryan!) and some hot chocoate and mingled his way through the room. His autograph table was in the corner of the room. He sat there and played with his iphone until everyone was ready to go.

He was so nice and it was a great time! The Rockette's show was AMAZING! I cried my eyes out at the end. I had a feeling I would. Oh....and we spotted another Sabre in the audience with his wife and 2 adorable daughters. The Numminens. They were so cute! Pretty much the best weekend ever. End of story.

Shuffle off to Buffalo

I just finished packing. I'm the worst procrastinator EVER! Tomorrow I only have 4 classes to teach in the morning and then Lucinda and I along with my sister are off to the weekend of wonder in Buffalo. I can't even tell you guys how excited I am for this weekend. This is the first time we have ever had seats in the very top row, so we made signs for the wall. I've decided to show some love for Stafford with mine. :O) PLUS RYAN MILLER AND THE ROCKETTES!!!! Oh there will be so many pictures when I come home.

Dear Sabres,
I'm driving 3 hours to come see you guys tomorrow. Not only that, but I'm driving through the snow belt to see you. THAT is love boys. So please. For me. Pull your heads out of your asses and play a full 60 mins. of hockey! I know you can do it!
Love you all still even though you make me crazy sometimes!

Who is your Edward?

I'm not talking about last night's game. It's out of my head. I'm pretending it didn't happen.

So....I'm going to focus on being SUPER EXCITED that in about 3 hours I'm going to see TWILIGHT!!!! Yes. I am one of those people. I am so obsessed with that series. Obsessed enough to see the movie @ 12:oo a.m after being at the dance studio all day. Did anyone else totally throw themselves into these books?

It made me wonder...if you know the story....which one of the Sabres would you want to be your Edward Cullen? Your Edward who is totally and completely perfect in every single way. Seriously....this fictional character has ruined real men. I don't think it's a "no brainer" who I would pick.

Yes Ryan....you do indeed dazzle me frequently.

W-O-W stands for?

So, it's been a while since I've posted a blog....it's been a really busy start of the week. But now, nothing and no one will take away my excitement and joy because Rachy, Meesh, and I are going to the Tree Lighting/Ryan Miller Meet N' Greet/Rockette's Christmas show this Sunday. I ordered the tickets today!

I declare W-O-W to not only stand for the word wow, but when pertaining to this upcoming weekend...let's just call it the WEEKEND OF WONDER!

And because Rachael had to sing "bring every goalie you love..." just like in the commercial....I can't stop singing it...

Thanks Rach! Let's just hope I'm not singing it Sunday when we meet him...he'll clearly give me that stoic - "what the hell is wrong with you?" look....awww Ryan!

L

Oh Christmas Tree Oh Christmas Tree

So when I heard that Ryan Miller was going to light the Christmas tree downtown in Buffalo I was pretty excited. I always miss the extracurricular Sabres activities. Lucky for me I'll be in town for the game Saturday night so we're going to stay for the lighting! YAY for Ryan Miller and Christmas. 2 of my favorite things!

So then upon further research I find out that Ryan is doing a meet and greet with the Radio City Rockettes @ Shea's. I AM SO EXCITED!!! I have wanted to see the Rockettes since I was a little girl. Watching them open the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is still my favorite part of Thanksgiving! We were going to get tickets for the show but never did. NOW I finally get to see the Rockettes, MEET the Rockettes AND RYAN MILLER!!!
I always get so excited when the Rockettes commercial comes on MSG during the games. I have a feeling that now I'm going to have a miny fit every time they come on. LoL
