Lucinda and I are headed to Buffalo tomorrow for CFCIII. We decided to go a day early to get in the proper Buffalo experience. I.E shopping and eating. Ya know...all the good stuff. But we have one small glitch. We simply CAN NOT miss a Sabres/Ottawa game!
SO.....
Where can we go to catch this game? Somewhere we can grab a bite, have a few drink and still be able to HEAR the game and not just see it on a screen across the room.
Any suggestions would be quite helpful!

Actually hearing the game will be an issue. Basically any bar in Buffalo will be showing the game. I'd hit up Pearl St. Grill for a real downtown Buffalo experience. 76 Pearl Street, near the ballpark. If you're going to be out in the 'burbs, we sometimes go to Tully's at 1459 Niagara Falls Blvd. Free popcorn, tasty food, and if you sit by the bar, you can basically sit there as long as you want and no one will care.`
I was going to suggest Pearl St. as well. That will probably have the best atmosphere, seeing as it's right near the arena. But really, any bar or restaurant with a bar will do you good.
